We have had our meet on Wednesday changed from GVSU to Jenison. They have dug up the course at Grand Valley to build something. We will run at Jenison, starting near the football field. Your athlete should have brought you written directions ( broken copy machine ) last Friday. Here they are again.

Driving directions M-57 thru Greenville to Carson City. Take a right on Division which becomes Mt Hope road. Go about 3 miles and the road curves left. Start looking for signs to the course at Fish Creek Sportsmans Club.

Week of 9/26

We have two meets this week

Wednesday we are at ERMS again. Girls start at 4:15 Boys about 4:40

Saturday we go to Carson City to run as one team with North. Bus is scheduled to leave ERMS at 11:20. The races are at 1:50 and 2:05. Watch for a map coming home. This is a nice fast 1.6 mile course.

My computer is back so this is up to date again. The weeks schedule is to the right. Please notice that the Carson City Meet is on Oct 1. The schedule sent to me had an error. I hope this doesn't cause problems for any of you

Week of 9/12 info

This week we have a couple of meets and some things we need to get turned in.

Tuesday is the Rockford Invitational at East Middle School. The schedule is

4:00 7th grade girls

4:25 8th grade girls

4:50 7th grade boys

5:15 8th grade boys

There are 10 medals in each race.

Saturday is the Sparta Invitational. All athletes, girls and boys, race at 1:30. We will have a bus leaving ERMS at a time to be determined. The course is behind the Sparta Middle School and near the football field. They charge a parking fee to park at the school. We should be back at ERMS at about 3:15. Athletes can call on the way home to avoid waiting.

Pay to Play $90 is due on Friday, please get checks made out to ERMS back by then. thanks

Pay to Play Policy

Rockford Public Schools has a pay to play policy for all athletes. This year the cost is $90 per sport with a max amount for individuals and families. Checks should be made out to ERMS and turned in by Friday the 16th of Sept. If you have any hardship in this area, please contact Kevin O'Rourke at school for guidance and help. Thanks for your help
